Script Idea: 'Timeline Frame Lock'

Hey guys,

I think I just came up with a useful idea for a script...

The idea is basically to give you the ability to lock the frame your are on.

Examples:

If you are on frame 0 creating everything, it could be useful to to click a button and lock yourself on that frame for all layers to avoid you accidentally creating unwanted interpolation on other frames, and having to go back and fix them (I'm sure most of us have had to deal with this!)

Or, your are at say frame 50 and you want to change points so that everything occurs specifically at that frame, click the lock button while on frame 50 and you can only work on that frame until you click unlock.

Has it been done, or could it be done (for ASP8?)?
