Just released for download is a full featured animation program for Nintendo DSi game system - Inchworm animation. It had 6 layers available, opacity control of over 1 million colors. Ability to stop frame animate with DSi camera, rotoscope, zoom levels for pixel editing, under and over painting, set different timing for frames on each layer and much more! It then exports animation in SFW Flash or still pictures to BMP.
