Hi all.
I'm currently using AS6.1 as a compositor for an animation I'm doing, exporting to QT using the h264 codec. The anim consists of about 4 layers of still frames, and a dozen sound files, including dialogue. It's 460 frames in all, and when I export to animation, AS crashes about 2/3 of the way through each time, and takes up about 1.5 gig of memory (I have 2 on this machine). I assume it's a memory leak, as I managed to render it in two halves, but it's be nice to render all in one go. Anyone experienced this?
Regards,
Mike

I have experienced what seem like memory leaks, but not when exporting animation.
I would suggest rendering to some other format first before converting to H264 though. Other apps can do a better job of that, and you'll have original material that's uncompressed. Use either Animation codec in QuickTime, or export individual frames as PNG.
