Now that you mention it, this can also be done when I save/load a profile from the Moho Exporter menu. But I'd still like to see more enhancements and options from within the Layer Comps window.

Speaking of Moho Exporter, I desperately wish to see improvements in this window too. I have a strong love/hate relationship with this window. For the most part, Moho Exporter has been a great timesaver for me, but having to manually set the output directory every time is unnecessarily repetitive and can easily lead to rendering to incorrect directories (a potentially costly mistake, especially in studio productions where compositing artists are expecting the latest versions.) I wish we could simply enter the preferred output directory in Project settings window, and have Moho Exporter read that when the project is loaded.

I second this. The exporter is fantastic but limited. But frankly after effect's exporter is much more frustrating.
