Insert frames

I'm aware that I can use the "rescale keyframes" option from the "animation" menu, but I think an additional option would be handy.

In flash, you can hit F5 (I think) and it'll move all keyframes one frame to the right (from the current frame on). Shift F5 (I think) will delete the keyframe, and move all keyframes to the left one frame (from the current frame on).

It would be very nice to me to have a button or keypress that will do these two things, and maybe another option to do it for all layers, not just the current layer.
