This is really slowing down my productivity! I cannot find it when trying to match colors!

There isn't one. I use "Color Cop" which you can find at http://colorcop.net/

i think you have 2 options in AS for using the same colour

1) pick the colour you like and write down the rgb numbers

or

2) create a style,
make a new, one name it
pick the colour you want in fill colour, and you can choose the outline too,

then create the shapes you want
and under the outline ( or stroke ) then there's 2 slots apply styles and pick the name of the style you created...this only works in the same project. this is also tutorial 2.7

hope that helps

Steve

make a sample of colours on one jpeg
3rd option

hi Phillysteak we were having this same discussion in the "How Do I...?" section of the Anime Studio Discussion area entitled "Selecting a color off an object in drawing" and you will find some great advice there on this topic as well.
Every little bit helps :)

It's very simple to copy (Ctrl C on a PC) the hex number Color Cop finds, then paste it into the "color picker" box in AS. Obviously, a dedicated color picker tool would be a slicker solution, but this really isn't much of a hassle.

You can import images with the colors you use, like a color palette, into the swatches palette and you can just pick any colour from it like a eyedropper.
