It looks like the update that Mike was mentioning before - with unicode support that wasn't updated to e-frontier previously.

It doesn't have the features MIke said he demonstrated at siggraph.
This version was meant to be released when the Linux version was released.

I see, it's build 20070601p. Well, this is good news for Mac users like me.

Yes, that is true, but when do we get the real update with the new features that Mike mentioned?

A little disappointed... :(

Is there any possibility of getting an official indication of when the version with all the new features may be released?

Is it? I'm new to Anime Studio so I don't know the history. Up until now was the Mac version behind?

No offense but this is considered an update? No report of bug fixes or anything. I mean did it really take a year for these small changes?

Yes,

Mac version fixes all the image importing issues. Installed it last night. Image sequence... textures... etc.

Sorry but I am slightly confused, does this update actually supply the new features that Mike mentioned in his first post?
If not is there any point in downloading this update now, or should I just wait for the next 'true' update.

Cheers,

Ink.

Maybe the decision has been taken to hold those new features back for version 6. In other words, a paid-for update.
