I just now saw this and haven't had a moment to investigate further, but I just knew you folks would want to see whassup*

Celtx* is cross-platform groupware for film pre-production.
It offers movie script editing, storyboarding, project scheduling, production asset inventory, and the kitchen sink. (Sorry, just kidding about the kitchen sink.)
This is based upon Mozilla technology.
* (whassup = extreme slang meaning "the latest developments")
* Pronounced KELL-tex
** Note also that KELL-tex projects are called PROOOOOjects

Yep, celtx is a very good tool. I have started using it too a couple of months ago...
Celtx is still in its beta stage and there are lots of development going on... a new version 0.995 is due sometime this august. Discussions on this can be found at forums.celtx.com
Read the wiki at http://wiki.celtx.com for more details on features...
It's a good pre-production collaboration tool. But I think it also can be very useful in any small team's production.
Because you can not only collaborate on scripts, keep team schedules and use it as a storyboard tool - you can also share your anme-files (and other files) through it.
All files can be uploaded and shared publicly at the celtx server, but you also have an option to mark your projects as "private" if you like (meaning you can limit who has access to the project by username).
The only drawback I can see at this time is that the people maintaining the celtx server hardly wants anyone to start sharing audio and videofiles in any larger extent at their site... because of the size of those kind of files...
I'm hoping that the first official 1.0 release will also include a possibility to get the server software and not only the client.
Then you could put up your own server and then you can share any amount of files or any size of files you wish to... I don't know if this is in the interest of the development group, though...
AND P.S.
there is a portable version of the program too (35 MB installed).

So now I have my scriptwriting collaboration gear on my USB-stick!
