I know this is probably a newbie question (but, hey, i am a newbie ).
I have been playing around with the 4.3 Tutorial (Reagan talking head) and I tried to use a different wav file for the soundtrack from one of my own files.
I go to Animation=> select soundtrack and choose a wav file of my own.
I then go to Scripts=> Sound=> Bone Audio Wiggle and choose the same wav file.
When I try to play the animation back there is no sound and the timeline doesn't even register that there is a soundtrack.
If I use the provided reagan soundtrack it works fine. Any ideas?
No sound

Anime Studio is very picky about the wav file format.
I have the same problem and use a free open source application called Audacity to "resave" my wav files.
http://audacity.sourceforge.net/
I don't know what exactly it does I just open and export to wav using Audacity and the new files work in AS.
Someone else on the forum may know all the technical mumbo jumbo for what type of wav files work.
