Promote Anime Studio/Manga Studio

Post by bupaje »

Hey guys. I know there are some rabid fans here and I noted at Amazon and CNET that there wasn't much in the way of reviews or discussion regarding AS. If you are so inclined and have time might be worth mentioning how great we think this product is. For those in school who didn't notice e-frontier also has a place for educational institutions to apply for a free 10 seat license for their schools - I let our department head know. :)

Hey, just spotted Fahim's post after I independently posted this. Must have been that Moho/Anime Studio mind control device Mike installed on his roof. ;)

I'm actually on something of a rampage, I hit some of the Flash forums I frequent and cgtalk as well. I'm going to check the html of these pages to see if there is some subliminal messages on the forum making me promote AnimeStudio more than usual today. ;)

Just remember that when promoting Manga Studio, you make it clear that it is a page layout app with handy tools for creating manga-style effects, and not an app that dynamically creates manga style characters using presets similar to what Poser does. It's a very easy mistake to make if you haven't specifically researched the software ahead of time.

Ah, thanks. I mostly like it because the drawing/inking tools seem much more natural than the results I got in other programs. I'm starting to try using it to draw my roughs and storyboards in.
