Post by Lienicks »

So I managed to port Codmw2 Animations to Moho (Moho 14.1)

We Revert back to the Older Version of the File.
I tried to fix the Texture Issues by using the "Gather Media Feature" in Moho.
To fix the Texture Issues, it backfired and ended up breaking the entire Moho File.
So I Revert back to the Older Version of the File.

And it turns out that, it was the ZIP Problem. not the Texture or Sound Problem!
If you open a Moho File that it's open under a ZIP File, it will cause a lot of Texture and Sound Problems.
Because Moho cannot Find the Texture and Sound, since Moho doesn't support ZIP Files.
So you need to Extract the ZIP File. so Moho can find the Texture and Sounds.

You need to extract the ZIP file.
Or else, it will cause a lot of Texture and Sound Problems.

Sorry about Yapping about Issues and Problems.

This was painful to make. but it was worth it in the end, to show the potential of 3D in Moho.

I Ported/Exported every Single Frame to make this into Reality! and put them into Switch Layers. I Exported them into the OBJ file to compile these together into a Single Animation!

I used Blender to Export Every Single Frame into OBJ Files. and Ported them into Moho.

If you wanna export Complex 3D Animations into Moho. then export them Frame By Frame into Moho (OBJ Files) and put them into Switch Layers!
Also, this File is Very Heavy and Laggy, so be Aware.

Also, the Codmw2 Animation that I ported. it's a bit faster, so I will be fixing that In Future Ported Animation!

Here's an Example:

Btw, these are Made by Activision Blizzard and Infinity Ward.
The Majority of Effort goes to Me. I need to Port animation models and more. and I also need to also Texture and Modeling and more. and exporting every single frame of the Animation. and more.

This it's just a Passion Project btw.
These are just made for Educational Purposes, to Teach, Bring Awareness, Learn Something, and Learn, the potential 3D in Moho!

If my Passion Project gets More Views, Awareness, Attention, Support, Appreciation, Likes, Downloads, and more
I will keep making more of these, to Contribute Help Aid to Moho, especially 3D!

You can do whatever you want! with this file.

So Yeah. Thank You for Reading, and Peace.

Interesting project & process.

Kinda OK once loaded into Moho, but took ages to load and I would imagine would take even more ages to render.

Given the fact that this ends up as Frame-by-Frame, I can't see any advantage over a PNG sequence - but I am sure you will tell me that that wasn't the point.

Bonus Points for getting this done.
Moho 14.1 » Win 11 Pro 64GB » NVIDIA GTX 1080ti 11GB
Moho 14.1 » Mac mini 2012 8GB » macOS 10.15 Catalina

"Kinda OK once loaded into Moho, but took ages to load"
I do agree doe, it takes a long time to load this Moho File. because it's Frame by Frame on a 3D Object, on a Software that doesn't even support 3D.
So of course it takes a long time to load, and the performance it's absolute Nightmare and Laggy Horrible and more.
Especially if you have a PC/Laptop or Computer in general. that is Mid, Mediocre, Low Tier, Terrible, and more.
It would be a Nightmare to run this thing.
This Project is Possible because I have a Great Laptop, if I had a Mediocre or Terrible Laptop, this Project wouldn't exist in the first place.

"I would imagine would take even more ages to render."
Not Really, it takes 1 To 2 Hours to Render the Final Video.
Depending on your Laptop/PC or Computer.

"Given the fact that this ends up as Frame-by-Frame, I can't see any advantage over a PNG sequence - but I am sure you will tell me that that wasn't the point."
I do agree that the PNG sequence is better than the 3D Object Frame By Frame.
It has better performance, easy to make, and more.
But I wanna make it Real, and Authentic, and more.
Not some PNG sequence, that it's not Real, Authentic, and more. and it's Fake and not Authentic.

This Project is meant to bring Awareness of 3D on Moho. and also see the potential Moho in 3D.

"Bonus Points for getting this done."
Thank You, and also for Downloading and Participating and Commenting and giving Feedback!
