Troubleshooting Erratic Behavior in Moho Software

Post by cuthbertdavies »

Hi guys,

Just today for some odd reason Moho started running erratically. I was initially working from an old doc and thought maybe it was corrupt or something. But same deal with a new doc. I've restarted the iMac and zapped the pram etc, doesn't;t seem to be an issue with the computer. The interface is very sluggish and weird things keep happening, like trying to manipulate a bone and then having ti spin around wildly out of control, and dots not being able to be deleted from the timeline frames. I would assume reinstalling Moho would be a good idea, but will that blow anything out in terms of the data that is already there?

In other words wiki the library and the docs all still be there?

A good start would be to share an example of a file giving you problems, so we tell whether it's the file itself or something more.

Some stuff we rarely think of checking: is your mouse/tablet working correctly in other programs? Any flaky USB ports?
