Vitruvian Bones Group

Post by digitalhyper »

So I have a character with 3 legs on each side. I was able to create a group for the left leg to have the leg facing out, in and front. However when I create the right leg and do the same thing, it seems to add the bones to the Left Leg group instead of making a new group. I'm only selecting the 3 upper leg bones on the right side and trying to make that group. That is possible right? I'm doing this in the latest version of Moho Pro 14 and I'm on Windows. Am I correct, you can have multiple groups so that you can separate say left leg group from right leg group right?

Well.. went back in and deleted the bones and did the groups again and it worked. So not sure where I went wrong, but I now have a right leg group and left leg group working. So SOLVED

I’ve been there and the problem was with the Bones hierarchy. Maybe it was you.

Yeah.. probably was. It was my first time working with this tool. Simple fix was to just delete all the bones and start over. Wasn't sure, but it seemed maybe some of the bones were somehow linked to both sets of legs. So I had basically did the first set of legs for the left side, made the vitruvian bones, then copied the vector layers to make a new set for the right side and maybe they just kept themselves attached to the left leg bones, even though I kept attaching them to the right leg bones.
