Help! Forgot to add serial # and ordered full 14 instead of update!

I forgot to add my serial number and accidentally paid for the full amount instead of the update from 12 to 14.

Sent 2 emails but haven't heard back yet. If anyone from the company monitors this board, please contact me. I haven't downloaded the new version yet. Would like to get reimbursed.
