I entered an incorrect email address when purchasing the upgrade from version 13.5 to version 14.

I contacted Moho, but there was no response.
Is there any other way to check the serial number of version 14 that I purchased?

I entered the wrong email address to receive the serial number when purchasing, and there is no way to check it again... :cry:
