Video chopped after export issue

Hi, i'm new to this community but have been using Anime Studio/ Moho Pro for years. Before version 13.5, I had always exported using mp4 which would export fine with sound. But ever since I updated awhile ago, any new animation sequence I make and export, it cuts 10 frames off the end of the clip. This only happens when I use MP4 H.265. Please help.
