Blender SPA Version (Makers of Klaus)

SPA Studios' (Klaus) Netflix project has unfortunately been canceled. However, they hired two Blender developers for a couple of years to make a Blender version optimized for 2D animation with lots of Grease Pencil UI/UX improvements. If anyone of you used Toon Boom you'll find many features familiar.

Really interesting. I really hope Blender will continue making efforts making 2D fbf and cut-out more useable in the future. It's fascinating software.

Blender is continiously developing in all areas, but definitely also with grease pencil. They're definitely working hard on new 2D features, they're creating Grease Pencil 3.0 at the moment which will be pretty awesome!
