how to copy and paste bones on repeated characters

Hello! I am still a beginner / amateur and do not work professionally as an artist or animator.

I am enjoying moho so far - If this question is already posted on here, I apologize, I tried to search for it!

But I saw in one moho "What's new" video that 13.5 it's not difficult to copy and paste bonesets (with actions attached????) over and over again to new characters. I remember it was used for one of the Cartoon Saloon? videos. showing a medieval banquet hall.

[*] is it possible to copy and paste bones across characters very easily?

I cannot find the video anymore. Did I understand this feature wrong? Is it rather just taking a bone set, copying it and replacing the layers with different image layers from photoshop? (I love this new feature very much!)
