Hi Guys,
I've another dumb question! Is there a way to scale multiple bone? When I select multiple bones and try to move the red dot at the end, I just move the whole thing. I tried holding down Ctrl, Shift or Alt ... no success. The scale box is greyed out. And when I change the length value, I get a 'porcupine effect' (all bones get longer but the origin point of each bone stays put).
But what I want is to scale up the whole group of bone while remaining the proportions.

Thanks a lot!

In that case I just scale the bone layer.

Re: How to scale multiple bones?
If you do need to scale the bones (as distinct from the group), you can't on frame 0. Sadly, "scale" is only recognised in the timeline. (I even tried hacking the json -- it "works" but the changed scale is only applied after frame 0.)

Re: How to scale multiple bones?
That would scale the whole character but I want to scale just one layer (here the tail layer) including the according bones.
I hid the rest of the bones ... but you could have seen the other layers in the layers panel.

This script will help, check out the video description for the download link. It's a bit complicated, but does the trick:
