Post by RigTheory »

I'm trying to install this script https://mohoscripts.com/script/mr_move_targeted_joint and... it's not happening.
I've copied the zip contents to the tools folder. nope
I tried to use the 'install script' command. can't see it
I even tried pasting it in the the Menu folder in my content folder. empty value

someone please help :(

Tool scripts should be installed to the Tool folder in your Custom Content directory. If you haven't set your Custom Content Folder yet, you should do that now. Do not add scripts to your Moho program folder or modify the scripts there. 3rd party scripts and tool mods need to go in the Custom Content Folder. You can set the folder in Preferences, and then you can then open the folder using File > Open Custom Content Folder.

After you open the Custom Content Folder, open the folder called Scripts and then open Tool. You can drop the lua script and icon here. Some scripts have additional resource files and these items should go in the folders that have the same name as their existing folders (i.e., ScriptResources.)

Tip: you can disable a Tool script by dragging it into a child folder inside Tool (I typically name this folder Disabled). Moho will not load scripts that are not located the root of Tool. This is a useful way to test scripts or to store away tools you don't use often to reduce clutter in the Tools window.

Hope this helps.
