Moho 13.5.2 Pro No Longer Opening

Hi all,

I have not been able to open Moho as of yesterday for some reason.
I have tried opening it normally, going to the .exe file and opening as administrator, and reinstalling it but nothing has worked!
I'm not sure if others are having the same issue or not.
I wonder if it is due to a Windows update or something....

Hopefully someone can help with this.

Hmmm... which version of Windows are you using / which OS build? Is there a recent restore point you could revert to to see if that update was the culprit?

I wonder if a settings file got corrupted. Try this:

1. In Folder Options, enable Show Hidden Files.

2. Go here: C:\ProgramData\Lost Marble\Moho and drag the folder named '13' onto your desktop. This folder contains some of the settings Moho uses at launch, like license activation, etc.

3. Launch Moho.

Moho should run like it's brand new and it will ask for your serial number.

I'm not sure if this uses up one of your 3 activations, so I would check with LM. If it does, they will probably recover the 'lost' activation for you on request.

If that didn't solve the problem, you can move the '13' folder back.
