selected object name

there is no place where i can see current selected object name.
in main window title is best place for it.

Selected bone names show in the add and select bone tools, and selected shape names show in the style window.
Not sure what other named object you might be talking about.

specially I talk about layer name, when I filter layers and select layers with scripts.
and is there solution for auto scroll to selected layer in layer panel?
