I’ve got an eGPU running a Radeon 580 whatever whatever and get the red screen using it or not. Fortunately, I’d already slipped back to 12 and am deeply grateful that it hasn’t broken.

Do we honestly just wait for a few days where they will make an "announcement" by New Year's?

The announcement has already been made - http://www.lostmarble.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=33643

Mike and Victor will no doubt need some time to sort these issues though. It will be worth the wait.

I can't read that forum because I'm not authorized to. Can you screenshot it and show it to me that way?

Strange, I think that page should be a publicly accessible. In a nutshell, the announcement says Moho has been acquired by Lost Marble, which is headed by Mike and Victor. Then it describes how Moho has been used by Cartoon Saloon for their award winning feature films and TV shows. That's pretty much it.

There was also this separate, more 'bizinessy' sounding announcement on Smith-Micro's website: Smith Micro Announces Sale Of Moho

In either, no details about Moho's future are offered, but I'm sure Lost Marble will make additional announcements after the dust settles.

I'm not one to speculate, but I think good things are coming later next year. Stay tuned! :)

You can see the same statement here - http://www.lostmarble.com

It's all good news!

I just wish we could receive some sort of assurance that the Big Sur/Moho 13 issue will be resolved soon. Otherwise, going forward, shopping for a different animation program seems to be the only option.

Mike has said their immediate focus is bug fixes and compatibility issues.

We have a lot of things to do, and I expect we'll share more plans as we go forward, but in the short term we plan to work on bugs and compatibility issues so that you can all keep working with Moho with confidence.
Hang in there!

My assumption is that Mike has only had access to the Moho 13 code for 10 days or so. I doubt even he knows yet.

Give it time. :)

Looks like we'll have to wait until mid-March, but it also looks like we can revert back to Moho 12.5.1.
