Layer icon issues

Post by jaked94 » Sun Sep 29, 2019 11:43 pm

I am currently using Anime Studio Pro 11.

I am trying to work on a huge tank battle scene for a movie.

I find that I can move one tank layer without an issue, but if I later want to move another I have to move the layer at the same time as i move the first layer which is causing issues.

I need to know how I can move multiple layers at different time points, separately not all together.

Thanks,
Ryan

Make sure you really moved the layer and not the camera.

Are you talking layer translation or layer order in the layers window?

I am using 10 or more different tank icons. I move one take and it moves without a problem starting at the beginning of the movie. Now if I want to move a different layer, later on, it doesn't start moving at the later point, but it starts moving from the beginning of the movie, instead of moving at the later point further into the movie.

I am not moving the camera for this....

You need to set a hold keyframe where you want the motion to start.
