I tried using a brush (Furry) for a stroke for the tail....It looked fine in normal rendering while working in the timeline.....but after I exported it the fur on the tail was shaking rapidly with each flick of the tail...anyone know what causes that?

In the brush settings try ticking 'minimize frame-to-frame randomness' and see if that helps?
