My memory is terrible, so I apologize if I'm repeating myself.

We need an animation channel for "all keyframes in the current layer" and "all keyframes in the current layer plus all of its sublayers".

Basically, when I need to change the timing on some action I would rather not have to go into every layer, find all the keyframes and move them. It always messes me up.

This seems like it would be simple, plus it would save an awful lot of time.
