And they are not opening.

If I firstly open Anime Studio program, it opens. I can draw shapes. I click CTRL+Z and it works. It undo my last added point etc. But if I save the file to my hard disk and keep working, clicking CTRL+Z deletes all drawing and I cant go back. I mean not only the last added point but everything on the page.

I uninstall app again and again but nothing changed. Btw I updated it and it is the last version.

It happens for both versions of Anime Studio 64bit and 32 bit.

I am using Windows 7 64 Bit. Please help me.

We've heard of this happening to one other person. It appears to be related to the formatting of numbers in your locale. For example, some regions use a period to separate decimal places, while others use a comma:

12.67 vs 12,67

However, this is not supposed to affect Anime Studio file reading and writing. And in fact, we have so far been unable to reproduce it ourselves. If we try to set the decimal separator to a comma in the Windows control panel, or if we install a Spanish (for example) version of Windows, numbers do show up in various applications using commas, but in the saved Anime Studio file they're still always periods.

We have a fix coming in the next update to Anime Studio, but since we haven't been able to reproduce the problem it's hard to say if the fix will work for everyone.

Do you know if you have any special settings in your control panel related to langauge, formatting, or numerical display? Or do you have any special software installed that maybe controls locale settings?

Feel free to send me a private message if you want and we can get into more details by email.

Just in case anyone else runs into this, it appears that the problem may be related to iCloud. It seems that iCloud on Windows may change the locale of a running program whenever you use a file open or save dialog. Here is some information on Apple forums:

We're adding some code to prevent other software from changing the locale on us, but in the meantime if you're experiencing anything like this you may want to check if you have iCloud installed.
