I'm quite new, but here's my thoughts... I liked your animation a lot. Great storyline, esp. starting with something so innocent as a paper boat and ending in world war, quite the relevant message. Good job on boat "bobbing", character's motions including nice use of switches (I assume) to show turning of heads/bodies at 1:10 and 1:44, turning a character is always challenging! Fight scene very humorous and well done. If any extra work were to be done in future, I would...

deposit boat into water a little more quickly
good leg walk cycle on boy in beginning, but make upper body not so stiff (should sway and go up/down slightly in step with legs)
when kids faces first turn angry, do close-up of first kid like you did with 2nd kid
since fight scene is bit of take-off on "Matrix" movie, have kid dodge bullets by bending almost sideways, not just a little

Great job, you put a lot of great effort into this so keep up the great work, can't wait to see your next one!
