Why does this happen? Bug in 9.5?

Try this at your computer with AS:

Import a movie file of something you'd like to trace.

Start at 0.

Go about halfway into your video and begin tracing. Allow drawing tools on frames other than 0.

Does the video randomly jump back to the beginning in the middle of your tracing?

I can't seem to find a trigger for this annoying and odd behavior. Have tried various settings.
