More like a test run. I'm trying to see what works best. I'm still new the animation world. I have trouble with bringing characters to life. This is a very simple desighn. A mixture of bones and just points for the rig.

nice work - front and 3/4 views look good - my only comment would be that the mouth on the side view still looks like a 3/4 view while the rest of the face is full on side view so it looks a little odd. In this side view the mouth should be cutting into the shape of the head.
You might actually choose not to have a complete sideview at all, it has a tendancy to make things look very flat imho.

Clean and crisp, I like the colors and background. But I do agree with funksmaname on the mouth for the side view.ziggypaw wrote:Thanks guys for you're thoughts. The 3/4 mouth on the side view is intentional. I'm weird i guess, but i like the mouth that way for this character at least. It all still needs work. Thanks guys.
I like the character and the colours. Two things will make it better:
1) The 3rd view: I would suggest to give the hair of the character more volume on the front, i.e. it has to go in a curve forward of the character and then to the back, instead of straight to the back.
2) To solve that weird look of the mouth, you can keep it at the same place, but move the centre more to the left.
I hope you understand what I mean. It's hard to describe how to draw something.
It could be a character in amusement park De Efteling (Netherlands).
