Mike, Very impressive video. But, what impresses me more is the way you pulled together all the resources and got the job done. I am an engineer and would hire you in a second to be my project manager.
Sorry for bad animation

Me too. It's a generous offer.
You can't have everything. Where would you put it?

BTW I wish know if there is a way for get the pixelate style inside AS...always is better for the animation movement do all "dynamic figures" inside AS...I love the style...

Hi All,

I need your help please. I've put much of an animated music video together. I have a week now to make any changes, get this sorted, fix issues, and make it cool.

This is a private link of an early work in progress. Its hard to control much on the Internet, so I'd appreciate it if you didn't share the link. Though I'm reticent about putting an early version online, I value some of the feedback I get from you guys - the forum has been a big help in pointing out issues and getting good suggestions, so, can't get that without putting something out a bit:

Pleased to show a little 'making of' video before its release:

Any ideas on how to improve it, anything at all, please let me know.

All done with Photoshop and Anime Studio Pro, except the 3D bar scene. Other 3D done in AS.

3D matrix-style scene has not been rendered with lights yet btw so its pretty dark.

Hoping to hear from you soon, thanks in advance.

Hey MikDog - i'm way behind having only just see this thread... Amazing work bro, just goes to show there's really no substitue for hard work!

Loved the making of vid, shows so much dedication - also enjoyed the collaborations even though the style changes are so contrasting, its interesting to see how you're progressing and evolving into working with a team...

Congratulations and keep on truckin' - can't wait to see your next masterpiece!

Hi All,

This video is about to tip the 1 million views mark.

I've finally set up a decent online shop on my new site. I'd like to offer zipped scenes of the AS working files for sale, perhaps in 2 parts.

If someone would like to see a scene file as an example, please check out this file and let me know if it all works for you:

I think it may be a useful resource for people interested to learn how each scene was constructed. I sometimes learn pretty quickly this way.

Very cool - thanks for sharing :)
I think the way you've organised the whole scene in a single PSD is great! I would be there with a million PNGs for each frame... it's an eye opener.

No problemo. Hope it proves of interest. Yep, I'd put the whole scene together (as much as I can) in Photoshop to minimize going back and adding stuff at a later stage, which is a bit of a pain to add new Photoshop layers to the scene. Still got all the scene files, so may get around to putting them all up online for a small charge. Split up into 2 sections I reckon, becuase you may only want to view like, 5 - 10 or so and then you get the idea, though I use various techniques in different scenes, and I used to get emails from people wanting to look at scene files. Now I saved them all! Ha ha. Clever me.
