My web-series trailer. Top 15 Finalist. Would you watch it?

Post by bisagaboo »

Hey guys,

I posted this trailer for "Mollusks" a few weeks ago but thought I'd re-post as it has made the top 15 in the Movie Extra Webfest comp. The winning entry will be produced into a 7 part web-series in 2011. Please check it out and vote if you like it.

http://www.facebook.com/movieextrawebfe ... 2645522273# (it's the second at the top "Mollusks")

Thanks heaps!

Cheers,

Sound needs cleaning up, but I'd watch it!
You can't have everything. Where would you put it?

Hey, thanks. My part was everything except backgrounds, which my girlfriend painted for me. I animated it in Flash, because I've just come off the back of 14 months working in it. But could be made in ASP with the same result aswell. I usually use ASP, hence I come to this forum.

Use AS the next time :) , which software did your girlfriend use to paint the BGs?

I see. Yeah, sound is a bit of a grey area for me. Couldnt budget for a sound engineer as this was no-budget.
Cheers mate.

Yeah I probably will. Although I do see some of it's drawbacks now. I used to swear by it... especially over Flash. Working with keyframes is a bit easier and more flexible in Flash. If they could sort that in ASp, it would be immense!
My girlfriend used Photoshop for the BGs.

We all insist that is really necessary that AS has better FBF but they just dont listen. Its a pity :(

Yes I would and I voted. Good production values all around. Lots of potential.
