Losing outlines of imported AI/EPS files

Post by prabhat »

Hi,

When I try to import AI/EPS files, I tend to lose the outlines (width and colour information).

Could somebody help.

Regards.

this has been answered quite alot, ai import just is meh. better off redrawing the whole thing in moho or spending a very long time cleaning it up.

gradients arent supported at all

Is it possible to import SVG into moho? If so, is it supported better than AI/EPS?

No, Moho cannot import SVG files.

At least not natively - if someone wanted to, they could write a Lua script to do it.

Try import LM site Admin icon ( marble) in AI to MOHO

Post by prabhat »

I just saw LM Site Admin icon( the marble with variable line width and shadow) on this forum.

I can create this any 3D programme and create a Cel look AI file. But when I import to MOHO I will lose the Outline Colour and width information. Has LM tried it?

If LM can help us import line colour and width info in AI files, it can really help create a great work-flow with many 3D programmes.
