Help... Rigging with smart Warp

Hi! I try to learn how make a Rig with Smart warp with a image... I`m Spanish and my english is too bad for this reason is too dificult to me understand the tutorials... somebody can explain me the best way to rig a character made with images from psd?... Victor maybe... xD thank you and really really sorry for my english! I dont use the google translate I promise xD
