Switch layer order in Smart Bone Dial?

Hi guys, thank you very much for viewing this thread,

i am trying to set up a smart bone dial, i am wondering is there any way to switch the layer order during the smart bone dial set up?
so that in the smart bone dial i can switch a layer from the back to the front?

allow me to elaborate a little more,

i am making a head turn with Smart Dial, the issue is, when i make the head turn from a side to another, the ear will go from behind the head to the front, so i am wondering how to do a switch layer order here.

Any idea is appreciated.
