Best *Free* Video Editor?

Post by Hopper200456 »

Hey guys!
I'm in a much better mood.
BUT I have a question! (Which you probably already know since you read the title)
Everyone always tells me to get a video editor to go along-side anime studio, and I know that it would make life a lot easier.

I have no money and can't buy one. I have a few but they don't work for what I need. The first one I have is called HitFilm 2 Express. And it's great!... But for some GREAT reason all the footage from AS I put in there gets messed up. (Also it can't do 1440p which is something I've been trying to work with) The other one I have is Windows Movie Maker and.... well... yeah.

So do you guys have any suggestions? I use Anime Studio 9.2 if that helps at all.

I remember downloading it a long time ago, but for some reason deleting it... Oh well, downloading now! Let's hope it's what I need.

Thanks a billion!

You can also use Blender for video editing. It has a lot of cool features such as green screen, lens flares, camera tracking, advanced color grading, etc.

Here is a small example tutorial:

I like serif movieplus and openshot (free versions) and Pinnacle Studio (paid).

I have made a list of video editors here that you might find useful : http://www.animestudiotutor.com/animati ... tion_video
