Morph actions disappear

Hi
Sometimes a morph listed (and set) in the actions list doesnt appear in the blend morph controls.
What happens is that when i go to do the blend morphing it's not there to be adjusted.
I have to create a new action, with a different name, and then it shows in the blend morph controls.
Is that a bug?
