Below is a resoult of my 5h work, don't have too much free time, so I think I will update in next day or two, and then much leater :)

Hey ~~ your drawing is wonderful ~~ exquisite detail for a vector art program like AS. But I have to wonder. You wrote:

> Just made some wings, funny to animate all the feathers

Are you serious? 'Cuz that scares me!

I would ~really~ luv to see just a quick test of your model. Nothing fancy, just maybe seeing the wing flap or something.

The reason I ask is because my problem has always been the tradeoff between the detail of the model and the range of motion you can put it through.

I'd love to see just some quick tests to see how your "Grim Reaper guy" / "angel of death" moves about ~~ you might have some answers that I've been missing or something!

But thanks for posting your model and exploding the layers the way you did. Provides great insight into design processes for us AS learners...

I'm happy you guys like it.

Dr.Nick I updated my post witch wing animation test so have a look (it suppose to be spreading wing) . Ofcourse I didn't animated "all" the feathers, but 10 biggest feathers are rigged.
I'm a learner myself, I have never done a 2d animation before, and AS is my first 2d animation software, but, I do have some experiance witch 3d animation and bitmap/vector drawings. I'm looking forward for all the critics and tips you can provide.

Dr.Nick I updated my post witch wing animation test so have a look
Beautiful ~~ >applause< !

Look's like you have the potential for an amazing rig if you ask me. You've got it set up so the feathers and all the intricacy holds up quite nicely with the movement.
