I've been harbouring dreams of a full length film using Anime Studio. And to that end have spent endless hours setting up characters based on png images from Poser designed characters (not to mention > 800 story board drawings ).
Anyway, to remind myself of how to use Anime Studio, and just for a break, I've done the following little animation. It is my first effort with vectors so go easy on me!

Which is a tiny slice of my big project.
Head Turn With Vectors
Moderators: Víctor Paredes, Belgarath, slowtiger
The head turn is very wel done!, but I would correct the timing of the velocity of the turn because it seems to be accelerated in some points and slow in others (is it intentionally done?). Also the turning of the eyes don't go together with the turn of the nose-mouth. I think you can correct it and have a great head turn!!
Only points movement I guess?
Cheer!
Genete
PS: BTW, Nice flame!

I gave no thought to timing at all, not sure if that counts as intentional!
And yeah, the features don't move together properly, I think that is because I did each seperately (each feature on the face has it's own 3 Vector layers in a Switch) and just guessed it all as I went.
With some work I could probably get it totally right, but it is so much work, I really appreciate the ease of using png images from 3d renders, despite the set up time it is lots quicker for a perfect result.
Still, it was a nice break from my bigger project.
