Hey punks.

I been working on a project for quite some time now. Still a LOOOOONG way to go. Anyway, thought I'd give y'all a sneak peek at it. I'm happy with how it's looking:

That's a happy smiley picture!

I'm looking forward to any animation, I hope you will link to it as soon it's ready :)

Animation's still quite a way off. Got to be happy with the characters and environment, then I'll animate. This particular animation w. the environment will last about 2 minutes or so, the story's pretty simple.

Anyway, the general idea is VERY happy/smiley. Really have high hopes for this series, when it's ready and I'm happy with it, I'll link up something small. ;) Thanks for the reply, Rasheed.

I had a look on the kiffest comic in the WORLD!
And there were some differences... this is for some other audience?
Or this will change? This look of fairy tale is just a disguise? It is some kind of chameleon - in accordance with postmodern thinking?

Perhaps you have been reading the works of Gilles Deleuze telling us dialectics is wrong. There is not one way according to him. There are many small roads. And I can see them in your landscape winding up the hills.

I am just wondering over the difference between this piece and the kiffest comic in the WORLD! What will turn out of this... a conversation between the sunand fatty?
:?:

I like it - you have got a dialogue... that is nice... how long will it be? Several minutes?

Waiting for the full story - what will happen in this landscape of yours?
I really wonder...
 :? 8)

Hey...

This is very much for a different audience - kids.
I'm thinking of taking the speech right out and just using cute little sounds and animal noises for their speech.
The episode isn't long - about 2 or 3 minutes, perhaps even a minute.

The story's aren't particularly mind-blowing: there's a small obstacle in the way of the character, he overcomes it somehow - there's a positive message. It's tempting to show the character getting blown up and stuff, but my aim is really to help me make some cash and enjoy the process; I'd like something simple and fun to animate.

Mikdog, nice work! I like the look - the layout and the characters. I especially like the exaggerated lip sync. The only suggestion I have as far as the animation is that when the purple guy is walking, his whole body stays at the same level. I think he needs a tiny bit of bounce as he moves along.

Thanks for sharing!

That's why this forum is so valuable. After looking at something for hours on end, it's easy to let something slip through. And to catch it here before you've done a lot of animating, well that's pure gold...
