Great work. Love the auto-focus delay and subtle handheld motion.

It's short, but really excellent. So many details that clearly indicate that this is a work of professional...animation (of course), character design, staging, backgrounds, lighting...plus a story and great voice work. Thanks for sharing this.

I agree with neeters_guy. What struck me was the character had such an engaging personality.
Great work. It was much too short!

It's fantastic. I love the art and animation.
I only think the hair dynamics are too soft and light, making the hair contrasts with the rest of the animation, revealing it was made by a computer.

Thank you so much Victor! It's so nice to hear these words from you.

Yes I think same with you about the hair, unfortunately I couldn't find the best values for dynamics as I wanted. I have even thought to animate them manually, need to work on dynamics more. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you again : )

Thanks :)
Try this to setup the dynamics doing this:
- Go to Animation Menu and uncheck "Allow Frame Skipping"
- Select the hair bones
- Hit play
- Open the bone constraints window
- Now edit the Dynamics numbers by dragging right click left/right over them (the mouse wheel also works)
- Since the animation is being played, you will get real time feedback, making easier to get the behavior you want

Thank you Victor. It makes lot easier to get the movements as wanted, helped a lot :)

Thank you @ZeWalker, hands are basically switch layers in this character. Each hands are bone layers in a hand switch layer, and each fingers can be posed with bones.
