Thought I would throw mine in one place like Neeters:

First one I entered in July 2013. Pretty floaty but managed to break 100:


August 2013. Pretty happy with parts of this one (too many mouth shapes on bear, and still a little floaty). But finished pretty well (#54).


Got a new job so too busy last couple months.

Not really inspired by November's audio clip, so kept it simple:

Nice designs (especially the mouths!) and I really like your acting choices for the guy, i laughed out loud when he cried. :D

If only just the woman went into the quicksand, the world would be a happy place. I guess I'll settle for both.

Excellent videos, your timing and feel for scenes is very good!

Tell me about it. I just finished judging all 267 entries.

One idea I wanted to try, after digesting the dialogue, is time everything out on paper (eg., dope sheet), so I don't have to listen to the audio so many times when animating.

Inventive character design, well done!

Neeters, haha, I'll have to remember that for the next time I animate irritating audio. It would also be interesting to see how that affects one's timing choices. I voted on all of them, too. I feel thoroughly lectured.

Results are up for November. I finished 76 out of 267. Not too bad for what it was considering.

Haha, saw and liked your entry a lot (esp. the alt version) I don't know how everyone else ranks things, it was my first outing in 11sec and I'm probably skewing votes in favor of some of the 2D work. Seems like people are pretty heavy handed with their rankings, but obviously it gets a little hard to differentiate things after a while from one "Blonde Girl with Red Hat" to the next. I like your work, and I'm also glad to be away from that audio finally. (But judging from the AS posts on the topic, it seems to me no one hated this audio clip more than Danimal.)
