I think I'm starting to like drawing it out more than animating it

Cool. The face and hair remind me of Re-l from Ergo Proxy.

Second drawing...Oh it's a girl..OK..Still kinda cute...
Third drawing....She's packing a semi-automatic, about to blow someone's brains out! OF COURSE!!!!!

yup I snatched the hairstyle a bit
