Very interesting to see how integrated your workflow is, jumping back and forth between rigging of the character and animating actions.
I will study this one in detail! Lots of good stuff here!

wow...a very cool "Chinchinero"!!
The amazing of it is that you can actually perceive the rhythm that he is playing along...and the 3D turns of the head, drums...uff, you are the man dude!
One thing that could be improved related to the drawing, maybe, is the right hand...it looks like a little mess with the points/strokes, or maibe he doesn´t have no right hand at all?
anyway, those jumps are pretty close to the real "chinchineros"

ps: a Chinchinero is a local folk musician, kind of a "one-man band" who plays in the streets of Chile.
