Ghost in the Shell - fan animation

I made this for robot day on newgrounds.com cuz somebody mentioned it in a forum and thought it would be cool

It turned out to SUCK HARD

It's got a kind of jumpy quality to it that I'm not sure if it's intentional. Other than that, it's not nearly as awful as you paint it out to be. Well, maybe when the woman jumps on the robot's back. That was kind of silly looking. I really like the backgrounds though.

Pffft. Every day I make 6 epic failures that are a million times worse than that .... before breakfast.

Yes sir kellz, you have have to wake up pretty in the morning to suck worse than I do

I think it's pretty darn impressive... and you say you did it in a week? Awesome. Good looking stuff. By your standards, the work you're proud of must be magnificent!

I was thinking I probably should have considered this as more a movie trailer than a movie. Then perhaps it would've made more sense.

It was also an experiment drawing an animating robots and mini-action sequences

As a fan trailer it looks pretty good... although I was expecting Motoko's arm to tear when she jumped on the back of the mecha!
