Can't quite remember if I posted this as a new thread of within an old thread. In any event, I've uploaded a better version to Vimeo recently.

Here's something my brother and I made for fun; 'HappyLand - Alien':

http://vimeo.com/23314547

Was all drawn in Photoshop CS4 with a Wacom Intuos 3 tablet, I storyboarded it all out in cue cards beforehand, kind of making the story up as I went along I think, from what I can remember. Then my brother did most of the sound effects, I did some too. Was pretty loose and fun. And animated in Anime Studio Pro on a macbook. Or macbook pro.

As usual, Mike, It is very well done. Gave me the impression of Sponge Bob meets Ren and Stimpy.

Simply brilliant! Loved the more cartoony moments of the rocket landing on both the aliens and the Happyland residents, plus of course the take off charring everyone black. Really very well done.

Ha ha! Loved the rollercoaster style intro, and painting the sky like you just didn't care...

Thanks guys:

-sbtamu: thanks I really like both those shows though I never really watched a lot of Ren & Stimpy, I really dig it. Super cartoony. Though I kind of went on a SpongeBob overdose a while and now think I've overdone it to the point where I can't really watch it anymore. Still though, the Spongebob movie is one of my favourite movies.

-Danimal: thanks I also like the rocket landing moments. I made this in 2009 and recently came across it while going through old stuff on my secondary laptop. It made even me laugh, a couple of times.

-Jahnocli: yep I like the looseness of it all. Was really quick and I didn't get caught up in little details. I did this right off the back of the Fort Knox video I made which was pretty planned out and involved, so I just wanted to loosen up with something nuts. Did it all real quick.

- Toonertime: thanks man.

Got it posted on www.lineboil.com cool beans.

As a side, my brother and I also make music. I enjoy working with him. Here's out tunes:
