Put your movie file on a server which is connected to the internet, include a hyperlink to that file in a message in this forum.

If you don't have (enough) space on a server, you can put your movie file on a public movie server, for instance ZippyVideos or Putfile. They will serve your file for a limited time. There is also a space limit (ZippyVideos 5 Mb and Putfile 10 Mb) and you have to accept advertisements on the page showing your movie.

Is that clear enough?

On my Mac this file couldn't be displayed. "This file contains no movie and no audio data," was the message.

Did you use a commonly used codec for the quicktime movie? Sorenson 3 Video seems to be a good one.
