Post by Víctor Paredes » Tue Oct 26, 2010 8:39 pm

Edit: Finished improved spot here

Hi, I have to animate a spot using illustrations of Pablo Lobato. I haven't the definitive illustrations yet, but took this one to make a little animation test. It's very fun and challenging.

Nice illustration style -- made for animation!
You can't have everything. Where would you put it?

I can't see the file cause i'm still on asp 6, but i wanna say that i love the design, it's very graphical but the character is really easy to recognize : excellent !
I'm just asking if you will try to make him different kind of emotions? I'm not sure that would be easy...

Thank you for the comments, guys. I just want say that friday I finished the first spot with six characters on it. I took less than half day to have each character correctly rigged and animated. Anime studio is just perfect for this kind of task, in my opinion.
I can't share the spot right now (it hasn't appeared on tv yet) but I promise I'll do soon, plus some anme files.
Meanwhile, here are the characters, all famous chilean and argentine musicians.

Ok, people from the brewery which finances the concert uploaded one spot to their own youtube, so I think I can show you the final work from there without problems.

Right now I'm working on new characters. Clients liked the spot so much they decided to make two more spots of 30 seconds each. I'll be all this month on it.
Here I want to share one character (only for educational use ). It's in version 7 pro and have some masking and blend morph. I hope you like it.

I can't stop thinking how hard would be animate this without Anime Studio.
