There is something strange about the man's legs. When his right foot comes forward to take a step, as soon as it touches the ground, the color of the right leg changes and that leg, the forward leg flips behind the backward leg. Its as if now his right leg becomes his left leg. The now new right leg, which used to be the left leg, takes a step forward again.
Close inspection of the arms shows the same effect, the right arm swings forward, flips to the left side of the body, then on its backward swing passes behind the body.
Its as if the right arm and leg always move forward, and the left arm and leg always move backwards.
Also, he is moving to far forward (or actually the scenary is moving to far back) on each step, so it looks like he is skating.
Other than that, I like the motion of the legs.
If you really want to refine this, the torso should move a little too and the head should bob, but that depends on how realistic you want it to look.
Its a nice touch that you have him blinking.
