I liked that very surreal. Liked the guy with the dog's head.

---------------------SPOILER ALERT!!!-------------------

Okay, I thought I'd give some more specific feedback because the story and directing here are really well done.

First, there's suspense because the audience is wondering "Will he feel embarrassed/ashamed?" So emotionally, there is a lot at stake. This is heightened by the fact that it's ambiguous what's "normal." The fact that the dog exhibited some dog-like qualities (having a stick?) and that he wasn't wearing pants made me wonder if the accusations would unnerve him.

Another strength is that the characters' emotions and changing relationship dynamic are shown visually and audibly. For example, when the the man steps back and his voice falters.

And I like the topper that the man tries it again in a situation even less plausible than the first one (given where the characters are standing when he initiates the prank).

It appears to be very meticulously planned. Nice work!

Very funny, liked the art work and the cut outs. Had a little bit of a hard time hearing some of the dialog. Maybe it is my bad hearing though. Thanks for posting.

uddhava, thanks and yes, i need to work on the sound recording and editing.. will take much more care on the next...

Iwaxana.. thanks for that, some good analysis there, tho i have to say i didn't think about it that much and the plan was a bit of an idea which kind of grew organically. Am working on a longer piece at the moment so I think i'll need to pay more attention to the planning aspects..

thanks again people...

I like the style, albeit it doesn't look finished to me. Maybe you could elaborate a bit on the visuals. I very much like the proportions of the characters, and the movements of the man. I wasn't that convinced of the dog's movement, the legs just moved too fast.

I really liked that. Characters were appealing and well executed; pacing as good. Odd / surreal feel to the short. Well done.

again thanks..

slowtiger.. interested as to what you mean by 'elaborate on the visuals'? I know there are aspects as to the 'finishing' and that the dogs quick leg movement was weird. I did make a mistake there but when i reviewed it, it made me laugh and thought to leave it in.. I thought it adds to the rawness of it and i like that..
